Located in Shanghujia Village, Jingzhou Township, it was built during the Qing Dynasty. Facing southwest, it covers a construction area of 828 square meters, with three courtyards and five bays, featuring a post-and-lintel structure and an arched gable roof. The complex has three sections from front to back. The front section was turned into a theater stage in the 1950s, and the rear section consists of a two-story building. The hall uses large materials and fine craftsmanship, is well-preserved, and holds certain cultural relic value. Before the liberation, it served as the office of the Jiuhua Township Office and was also one of the birthplaces of the red political power in Jingzhou Township. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, it was used as the office of the Shanghujia Township Government.
