Gujin An is a cultural heritage site protected by Jixi County.

Gujin An

Located on Wanluo Mountain in Dagou Village, Chang’an Town, it has a brick-and-wood structure with a combination of raised-beam and through-tenon construction, a gable roof, and a single-courtyard layout with five bays. The entire building stands 2.7 meters above the ground. There are stepped stone ramps on both sides in front of the shrine. Originally built during the Qing Dynasty, it underwent repairs in 1949. On the left side inside the shrine, there is an inscription detailing the donations made during the renovation. In March 1941, Tang Hui sent Zhu Laobo to carry out underground work at Qingshan Pond on Wanluo Mountain. In 1942, Shu Mengxiong and Wang Chengxin established a Chinese Communist Party organization at Qingshan Pond. Gujin An served as a site for red revolutionary propaganda and education on the border of Jing and Jixi counties, and was one of the incubators of the Jixi revolution. Party policies and revolutionary ideas were often promoted here to gain public support and develop underground organizations. Recently, villagers raised funds to renovate it again.

Dagou Village: Dagou Village is located in the northeastern part of Chang’an Town, bordering Banqiaotou Township to the east and north, adjacent to Xiawudu Village to the west, and intersecting with Zhentou and Gaoyang villages to the south. It was formed in 2005 through the merger of the former Liucun, Dagou, and Xiaogou villages. It currently has 533 households, with a population of 1,984, covering 5 villager groups and 8 natural villages. The Zhenban Road (from Zhentou to Banqiao) runs through the village, and the central village is just 4 kilometers from the seat of Chang’an Town government.
