It is a key provincial project invested in by the Gayoson Group, with a planned total investment of 900 million yuan and a site area of 430 acres. The overall layout follows a “one core, four zones, nine projects” plan: the Gayoson Chocolate Manufacturing Center, the Swiss Town Experience Area (including the Gayoson Town Hall, Gayoson Conference Center, and Swiss-style Town Street), the Romantic Wedding Area (including the Gayoson Wedding Manor and Rose Manor), the Children’s Play and Experience Area, and the Leisure Agriculture Sightseeing Area (including the Cocoa Forest and Blueberry Sightseeing Garden).
