The Sun Family Residence is a cultural relic protection unit of Jiashan County.

The Sun Family Residence is located at No. 16 N’an Lane, Nanmen Community, Luoxing Subdistrict. Dating back to the Republican era, it is categorized as a modern-era significant historical site and representative architecture.

On January 7, 2004, the Sun Family Residence was designated as a cultural relic protection unit of Jiashan County.

Nanmen Community: Located in the central area of Luoxing Subdistrict, Nanmen Community is bordered by South Station Road to the east, Renmin Avenue to the south, Sports South Road to the west, and Jiashan City River to the north. The community covers an area of 1.09 square kilometers. It includes ten enclosed residential compounds: Urban Mood, Central Garden, Jiangnan Movement, Blue Sky Homeland, Yongfu Garden, Lefu Garden, Jiahe Garden, Sunshine Mansion, Nanyuanli, and Longding Royal Garden, as well as seven open neighborhoods: Building 36 of Qianjiahui, Buildings 34 and 47 of Xiatang Street, Xiatang Street Lane 2, Lane 220 of South Station Road, No. 828 Renmin Avenue, and Lane 7 of N’an Lane.
