It is located in Louxi Natural Village, Tianning Village, Tianning Town. In May 2010, it was designated as a county-level protected site, and in April 2017, along with Ruilin Bridge, Yuantong Bridge, Anfu Bridge, and Sanlitang Bridge, it was listed as part of the “Tianning Ancient Bridges Group” and declared a provincial-level cultural heritage site.

Anba Bridge covers an area of 39 square meters and is a single-arch stone slab flat bridge. It runs east-west across Guanlou Harbor. The bridge is 16.8 meters long, with a deck width of 2.2 meters and an approach width of 2.3 meters. The piers are built from stacked stone blocks, with four vertical slabs in the middle. The deck consists of four long stone slabs. On both sides of the arch are inscriptions reading “Built in the 5th year of the Republic of China (1926)”. The bridge is equipped with railings and two pairs of ornamental pillars, with 12 steps on each of the east and west sides. Although not very old, the bridge is well-preserved and serves as a valuable physical example for the study of bridges from the Republican era.
