It is located in Yujiamuqiao Natural Village, Hongfu Village, Tianning Town. In May 2010, it was designated as a county-level cultural heritage protection site. In April 2017, along with Ruilin Bridge, Yuantong Bridge, Anba Bridge, and Sanlitang Bridge, it was collectively listed as the "Tianning Ancient Bridges Group" and declared a provincial-level cultural heritage protection unit.

Anfu Bridge covers an area of 34 square meters and is a three-arch stone slab flat bridge running from north to south across the Yujiaqiao River. The bridge is 19 meters long and 1.8 meters wide. The bridge deck is paved with three long stone slabs, and the piers are built vertically with three long stone blocks. The central arch on both sides bears the inscription “Newly built Anfu Bridge, the second year of the Republic of China (1913)”. The bridge is equipped with railings and four pairs of ornamental pillars, which are exquisitely carved with patterns such as flowers, grass dragons, and Taiji birds. There are 12 steps on both the north and south sides. With its considerable age and largely intact preservation, the bridge holds certain historical and artistic value.
