Baoshan Bridge

Located at the southwest corner of No. 88, Fushan Jing, Hongfu Village, Tianning Town. It is recorded in the Jiashan County Annals from the Guangxu era of the Qing Dynasty. In January 2004, it was designated as a county-level cultural heritage conservation site. The bridge covers an area of 60 square meters and is a single-arch stone bridge, running north-south across Fushan Jing Creek. The bridge is 18.3 meters long, 2.9 meters wide at the deck, and 3.3 meters wide at the abutments, with a span height of 3.3 meters. The arch ring is constructed with longitudinally bonded and staggered courses. There are 22 steps on the south side and 25 on the north side. The bridge has a long history and holds certain historical value.

Baoshan Bridge has a history of over 300 years. Due to years of neglect, the bridge has deteriorated, with most of the slabs on the deck becoming misaligned and loose, and one side of the railing having collapsed. In May 2015, the Tianning Town government carried out a comprehensive restoration of the bridge. Following the principle of "restoring the old as it was," they reinforced, cleaned, and repaired the bridge deck and railing, restoring the bridge to its original historical appearance.
