Address: Xianju County, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province
South Peak Pagoda is situated on Nanfeng Mountain, 300 meters south of Yuetaang Village, Chengguan Town. Constructed between the tenth year of the Tian Sheng era (1032) and the second year of the Ming Dao era (1033) in September by local resident Guo Yongzhong, it is a hexagonal seven-story hollow brick pagoda modeled after a traditional style. The pagoda is 23.8 meters tall, with each side of the base measuring 2.07 meters. Each level consists of a terrace, main body, and eaves. The inner wall features footholds carved from bottom to top to aid in climbing. There are doorways on the southeast and northwest sides, similar to the design of other pagodas. The upper part has wooden structures on the first and second levels, with beams and rafters. A staircase winds up through the inner chamber, and iron hooks are installed inside to assist climbing. It was renovated in 1984.
Fuyin Mountain Pagoda is located on Fuyin Mountain in Dongmen Village, Chengguan Town. Probably built during the Yuanfeng era of the Northern Song Dynasty, it is a hexagonal seven-story hollow brick-and-wood structure modeled after a pavilion-style pagoda. The auxiliary eaves have been destroyed. It stands 26 meters tall, with each side of the base measuring 2.14 meters. Each level has doorways on the north and south sides, similar to those found on other pagodas. The upper levels contain niches on the southern side, and wooden structural components are visible. The inner chamber also features a staircase, and iron hooks are installed inside for climbing. It is also designated as a cultural relic protection unit.
