The stele of imperial decree bestowing posthumous title on Wu Fu is located in Guanlu Town, Xianju County, dating back to the Southern Song Dynasty.

On January 7, 2011, it was designated as part of the sixth batch of Zhejiang Provincial Cultural Relics Protection Units.

Wu Fu (1104–1183), courtesy name Mingke, pseudonym Hushan Jushi, was a native of Taizhou Prefecture, Zhejiang (now Wujia Village, Tianshi Town, Xianju County, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province). He passed the imperial examination in the second year of the Shaoxing era (1132), served as a Corrector in the Secretariat, but was dismissed from office for exposing the autocratic rule of Qin Hui. Later, he held the position of Censor, submitting petitions to Emperor Gaozong of the Song Dynasty urging self-discipline, national strength, and diligent governance.

Following the Song’s defeat in defending against the Jin forces in the Huai River region, the pro-peace faction advocated for concessions to seek temporary stability.
