The Plaque of Climbing Dragons and Attaching to Phoenixes is located in Fuying Subdistrict, Xianju County, dating back to the Ming Dynasty.

The Plaque of Climbing Dragons and Attaching to Phoenixes was built during the Ming Dynasty to honor Lin Yingqi for his diligent governance, care for the people, and remarkable administrative accomplishments. Located in Shangzhai Village on Duanqiao, Fuying Subdistrict, Xianju County, the structure is a four-pillar, three-bay, pavilion-style memorial archway made of white stone, with two levels, a hip-and-gable roof, standing 9.82 meters high and spanning 9.23 meters in width. It boasts exquisite craftsmanship and a majestic presence.

In August 1986, it was designated as a county-level cultural relics protection unit.

On January 13, 2017, it was announced by the People's Government of Zhejiang Province as part of the seventh batch of Zhejiang Provincial Cultural Relics Protection Units.
