Huangliangchen Ancient Stage
Located in Huangliangchen Village, Xiage Town, Xianju County, it was built during the Daoguang era of the Qing Dynasty. It faces east and has a hip-and-gable roof. The caisson ceiling is trumpet-shaped, also known as a pointed cylindrical shape, with a spacious and deep interior — its design aligns with the acoustical principle of “echoing in an empty valley,” making it truly rare.
In April 1999, it was designated as a county-level cultural relics protection unit.
Huangliangchen Village: Huangliangchen Village is situated on the lower reaches of the Yong’an Stream in the northern part of Xiage Town, and is the largest village in the town. It has 24 production teams, 900 households, a population of 2,974, and 63 Party members. The village’s two committees consist of 10 members. The arable land area is 1,623 mu, and the forested area covers 2,370 mu. Major industries include agriculture, primarily growing grain and cash crops; animal husbandry, mainly household pig farming, with one specialized pig-raising household, two duck-raising households, and two sheep-raising households in the village; one industrial enterprise, and four craft processing sites across two locations.
