Master Luo's Pagoda Tomb is located in Xiyi Village, Xianyan Town, Ouhai District, commonly known as the Scholar's Tomb, and was built during the Ming Dynasty. It consists of a base, body, and top all carved from granite, standing 1.5 meters tall. The base features a Sumeru pedestal adorned with finely engraved upward-facing lotus patterns. The body of the pagoda is melon-ribbed in shape, inscribed with six characters in one line reading “Pagoda of Master Luo□,” topped with an inverted dish and featuring a hexagonal spire-style roof. Behind the pagoda stands a three-panel stone screen, measuring 6.55 meters in total width, with the central panel 1.7 meters high and the side panels each 1.07 meters high, crowned with hanging gable roofs. The tomb site covers an area of approximately 45 square meters.
