Zihui Site

The Zihui Site is a cultural heritage protection unit of Huzhou City.

The Zihui Site is located in Zhujia Dai Village, Lianzhen Town, Nanxun District, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province. It dates back to the late Neolithic Age and is classified as an ancient site.

In January 2003, the Zihui Site was designated as a municipal-level cultural heritage protection unit.

Zhujia Dai Village: Zhujia Dai Village is located about 2 kilometers south of Lianzhen Town, adjacent to Tongxiang. It currently has 21 villager groups, with a total of 596 households and a population of 2,251. The village covers a total of 2,492 mu of arable land. The village’s two committees consist of five members—three from the village Party branch and two from the villagers’ committee. There are 49 Party members. In 2008, the total rural economic income was 315.16 million yuan, including 11.94 million yuan from agriculture and animal husbandry, 80,000 yuan from fishing, 290 million yuan from industry, and 13.14 million yuan from construction and other sectors.
