Miaoyan Pond Bridge

Miaoyan Pond Bridge is a cultural heritage protection unit of Huzhou City.

Miaoyan Pond Bridge is located in Yangshuhe Village, Lianzhen Town, Nanxun District, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province. It dates back to the Qing Dynasty and is classified as an ancient architectural structure.

In January 2003, Miaoyan Pond Bridge was designated as a municipal-level cultural heritage protection unit.

Yangshuhe Village: On the basis of creating a “beautiful village, prosperous households, and a strong leadership team,” Yangshuhe Village has actively implemented various “practical projects” and “people’s heart projects.” In 2001, 2004, and 2006, land consolidation projects were carried out in three phases, resulting in well-aligned fields, organized land parcels, interconnected roads, and linked irrigation channels throughout the village. This improved the production conditions for all farming households. Village roads were hardened with cement, facilitating convenient transportation for residents.
