Sanshengtang is a cultural heritage conservation unit of Huzhou City.

Sanshengtang is located in Xizha Community, Linghu Town, Nanxun District, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province. It dates back to the Republican era and is classified as a modern historical site and representative building.

In November 2015, Sanshengtang was designated as a municipal-level cultural heritage conservation unit.

Xizha Community: Xizha Community is an old community in Linghu Town, situated to the east of Dongzha Community and bordering West Lake Port, to the south of Laonong Village in Linghu Town, and to the north connected with Beizha Community in Linghu Town. Established in 2001, the community currently has six staff members responsible for community party building, spiritual civilization development, comprehensive governance, community culture, family planning, judicial mediation, petition handling, civil affairs, environmental sanitation, labor security, disability services, trade unions, Communist Youth League, women's federations, science education, Red Cross activities, and community services.
