Suzhou Amusement Land is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction.

Suzhou Amusement Land is situated at the center of Suzhou High-Tech District, at the foot of Lion Mountain, and covers an area of 540,000 square meters. As a national AAAA-level scenic area, it miraculously emerged on this land in the late 1990s through a joint investment of 600 million yuan by enterprise groups including the Suzhou New District Economic Development Group Co., Ltd., Shanghai Oriental Television Station, Hong Kong Sun Hung Kai Bank, and Hong Kong China Travel Service—a perfect combination of timing, location, and human effort. Its first phase project, “Water World,” has been a favorite among visitors for ten years since its completion and has become a hotspot for summer tourism in East China. The second phase, “Happy World,” blends the vibrancy and grandeur of Western amusement parks with the tranquility, serenity, and natural beauty of classical Eastern gardens. Visitors here feel as if they have entered a fairyland, all filled with excitement and enthusiasm. Now renowned nationwide as the “Oriental Disneyland,” it has won deep recognition among the public.

In recent years, “Happy World” has introduced nearly a hundred high-tech amusement facilities from abroad, such as the UFO Adventure, Time and Space Spaceship, and Space Adventure. It has also successively added internationally cutting-edge rides like the Sling Shot, Suspended Roller Coaster, and Hawaiian Waves, making the experience even more spectacular and magical, leaving visitors enthralled and reluctant to leave. Equipped with modern amusement facilities and set against the beautiful natural ecological environment of western Suzhou, Suzhou Amusement Land has become a “paradise of fun” longed for by thousands.
