The Oddray Animation Museum is an educational science base.

Animation is the best companion for a child’s growth. China’s first experiential animation museum has opened in Suzhou. It not only provides a service platform for young animation enthusiasts to learn about animation knowledge, showcase animation works, and promote animation characters, but also represents a new achievement, new form, and new medium in the development of Suzhou’s animation industry.

The Oddray Animation Museum is located in the Oury Building by Dushu Lake in the Suzhou Industrial Park, covering an area of nearly 6,000 square meters. It was invested in and built by Suzhou Oury Animation Co., Ltd., and serves as a youth-oriented animation experience venue themed around animation. The museum is dedicated to creating a brand-new domestic youth animation science education and experience program. It officially opened to the public on May 23, 2010, and is China’s first experiential animation museum.

The museum is designed from multiple perspectives—educational value, interactivity, visual appeal, and entertainment—to capture the curiosity of young people. It consists of six sections: the Animation History Museum, the Animation Performance Stage, the Animation Production Experience Zone, the Animation Creative Street, the Animation Creative Restaurant, and the Animation Broadcasting Cinema.

It is reported that the museum is open to the public from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM every Monday to Friday. Interested visitors need to make a phone reservation one week in advance. The reservation hotline is 82280038.
