Dongshihe Yu Residence

Located at No. 22 Dongshihe in the urban area (including No. 9, 13, 15 of Dongshihe Sanlong and No. 26 Dongshihe), it was the former residence of Yu Zhongying, Zong Xiusong, and Yu Bingyuan. It is a Qing Dynasty building, facing south with a northern orientation, featuring a brick-and-wood structure and a flush gable roof. The existing central axis consists of three sections, with two sections on the east side each having three courtyards, all largely intact; one section on the west side currently has one courtyard. The three building complexes are approximately 30 meters wide and 21 meters deep, covering a total floor area of about 1,700 square meters. It was designated as a cultural heritage site protected by Changshu City in June 2007.
