Located at No. 126 Tangshi Central Street, Shajiabang Town, the building faces north and is constructed with a brick-concrete structure as a single two-story edifice, originating from the Republican period. There is one surviving building covering an area of about 73 square meters, with a width of 6.4 meters across two bays and a depth of 11.3 meters. The building includes a corridor decorated with carvings, a white ceiling, and wooden flooring. It was designated as a municipal-level cultural relic protection unit in June 2011.
