Located at No. 16, Guicun Street, Heshi, Zhitang Town, it is a building from the Republican era. The existing structure consists of two courtyards, facing south and built on a north-south axis, with flush gable roofs. Both sections are two stories high, flanked by wing rooms on both sides, arranged in a “回” (square-shaped) layout with connecting corridors, covering an area of approximately 232 square meters. The first courtyard has a total width of five bays, 14.6 meters, and a total depth of 6.4 meters, with a rear corridor, and a front corridor on the second floor featuring wooden railings adorned with carved patterns. The second courtyard has a total width of five bays, 14.5 meters, and a total depth of 7.5 meters, with a wooden staircase. Doors, windows, and the staircase exhibit typical architectural styles from the Republican era. It was designated as a municipal-level cultural heritage site in June 2011.
