It is situated on Fangta Street, the main commercial street in the urban area, north of Xinfudi Plaza. Currently, it serves as a branch of the Agricultural Bank of China. The building faces south and is constructed with a brick-concrete structure, representing a typical architectural style from the Republican era. It is a single-story, flat-roofed structure consisting of a two-story main building and one-story auxiliary wings on both sides, with a total width of 71.3 meters, a total depth of 15.9 meters, and an area of approximately 1,155 square meters. The entire building remains structurally intact, features symmetrical design, and has an aesthetically pleasing exterior. This property was designated as a municipal-level cultural heritage conservation unit in June 2007.
