It is located within He Town Central Primary School in Zhitang Town. Originally a hall in Guicun Park, it was commonly known as the "Four-Sided Hall." It features a hip-and-gable roof, measures 13.1 meters in width and 11.7 meters in depth, with an eaves height of 3.3 meters. Renovated in 1985, it now serves as a patriotic education base for He Town Central Primary School. The plaque of the “Four-Sided Hall” was inscribed by General Zhou Wen, a native of the area. In the height of summer 1940, Tan (using the alias Lin Jun) led the New Fourth Army’s “Jiang Kang” forces to He Town, Changshu, and held a representative conference of various sectors in the “Four-Sided Hall” one evening. This building was designated as a municipal cultural relics protection unit on November 17, 1982.
