Located on Beixin Street, Tangshi, Shajiabang Town, it was the former home of Li Lei, a well-known local physician from the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty. The building faces south, has a hard mountain roof, and is constructed with brick and wood, representing Qing Dynasty architecture. One building remains today, covering an area of about 95 square meters. It uses a post-and-lintel system with moon beams in the wooden structure, with a total width of three bays at 9.1 meters and a depth of seven bays measuring 12.6 meters. It was designated as a cultural relics protection unit of Changshu City in June 2009.
