Located on Northeast Street, Tangshi, Shajiabang Town, the structure faces south with a northern orientation, features a flush gable roof, and is built with a brick-and-wood structure, dating back to the Qing Dynasty. The surviving building includes a two-story main house along with side chambers on both sides, arranged to form a traditional three-sided courtyard. It covers an area of about 198 square meters, with a total width of three bays spanning 14.95 meters and a depth of seven rafters measuring 13.24 meters. The building has flat-style beams, granite column bases, and square brick flooring. It was designated as a Changshu Municipal Cultural Relics Protection Unit in June 2009.

Shajiabang Town: A town under the jurisdiction of Changshu City. It was known as Hengjing Township in 1949, reorganized as a commune in 1958, renamed Ludang Commune in 1981, reverted to township status in 1983, and finally renamed Shajiabang Town in 1992. Located in the southern part of the city, it is 10 kilometers from the urban center, covering an area of 32 square kilometers with a population of 19,000. Multiple highways provide access, and the town borders Yangcheng Lake to the south.
