Located on Dongmen Street in the urban area, the house was originally a three-courtyard, three-section compound, but only two courtyards and two sections remain today. It is now divided into three main parts: along Hedong Street there is a hall built in the Qing Dynasty, measuring three bays wide (19.16 meters) and seven rafters deep (9.13 meters). Only the wooden beams remain intact, adorned with exquisitely carved motifs such as cranes and clouds symbolizing good fortune. On the south side facing the street is a two-story building from the Republican era, spanning three bays wide (21.39 meters) and nine rafters deep (16.54 meters). It has original stone slab flooring and wooden staircases. The first floor features a set of ?? doors with latticed openwork designs and intricate carvings of flowers and plants. On the west side is a single-story building constructed during the Republican period, spanning five bays wide (9.6 meters) and seven rafters deep (13.41 meters), topped with a flush gable roof and round column bases. The building is large in scale and well-preserved. In the second courtyard stands an ancient well that remains in good condition. The property was designated as a cultural heritage site protected by Changshu City in June 2009.
