Located on Miaonong Lane in the urban area of the city, it faces east and has a west orientation, with a flush gable roof, and is a building from the late Qing Dynasty to early Republican period. Currently, three sections remain, and the overall structure is largely intact, covering a construction area of 621.68 square meters. The first and second sections are both single-story, brick-and-wood structures, with the second section being the main hall, spanning five bays in width (15.7 meters) and a total depth of 8 meters. The third section is a three-story building, a typical architectural style from the Republican era, featuring a brick-and-wood structure with some parts constructed of brick and stone. It spans 19.1 meters in width and 10.9 meters in depth. The exterior corridors of the building feature exquisite wooden carvings. It was designated as a cultural heritage site protected at the municipal level in Changshu in June 2009.
