The Former Site of Puzhen Rotary School is a cultural tourism attraction.

Former Site of Puzhen Rotary School [Longhuxiang Neighborhood Committee, Dingshan Subdistrict, Pukou District, No. 1 Longhuxiang, South Gate · 1918 · Municipal Cultural Relics Protection Unit] According to the *Continuation Draft of Jiangpu County Annals*: “The Rotary Primary School is located east of Fufeng Gate and west of Yangqiao Bridge, backed by the city and facing the bridge. It features a Western-style school building constructed in the 10th year of the Republic of China, specifically enrolling children of employees of this railway.” And according to the *Puzhen Rolling Stock Works Annals*: “In the summer of 1918, the Puzhen Rotary School was established, with 19 teaching staff, 762 students, and 11 classes.” This suggests that the school may have taken over two years to complete. Later, the site became Hebei Native Place Association Middle School, Puzhen Works Children’s Primary School, and Liangpu Railway Middle School. Now the school has been relocated, and the premises are used as restaurants and street-front commercial spaces. The original school covered an area of about 3,000 square meters, and two buildings from the Republican era remain. One is a two-story building, 35 meters long, 8.5 meters wide, and 10.6 meters high, whose original appearance remains largely unchanged except for modifications to railings, staircases, and corridors. There is also a single-story building, 32 meters long, 8 meters wide, and 8.5 meters high. The eastern wall of the schoolyard may be part of the Fufeng Gate section of the old city wall or built with bricks from it. In 2012, it was designated as a municipal-level cultural relics protection unit.
