Ancient Cultural Site of Huayan Nunnery [400m northeast of Dahe Group, Wanlong Village, Xingdian Subdistrict, Zhouqu District Cultural Relics Protection Unit] covers an area of about 1.35 square meters, with a height of approximately 6 meters, and cultural layers about 4 meters thick. Discovered in 1982, unearthed relics include sandy red pottery shards, polished black-surfaced gray pottery shards, and geometric patterned pottery shards. Artifacts include li tripods, ? (unidentified vessel), basins, jars, bowls, and dou stemmed vessels. These are remains of Zhou culture. It was designated as a county-level cultural relics protection unit in 1983 and as a district-level cultural relics protection unit in 2002.
