The "1912" block stretches from Changjiang Road to the south, borders Taiping North Road to the west, and reaches Changjiang Back Street to the north, forming an "L"-shaped layout that surrounds the northwest sides of the - scenic area. The block covers nearly 30,000 square meters and consists of 19 Republic-era government-style buildings, as well as four major squares: Taiping, Bo'ai, Gonghe, and New Century. It has parking facilities for up to 200 vehicles.
