Jiangyin Chongsheng Temple is a cultural tourism attraction.

Chongsheng Temple is located at the southern foot of Qianli Mountain in Huangtu. Built during the Southern Song Dynasty, it has endured through wars. In November 1939, Comrade Chen Yi passed through Jiangyin and delivered a speech here to the students of Chengxi Middle School at the time, promoting resistance against Japan among the teachers and students. Today, a monument commemorates Marshal Chen Yi’s speech.

Huangtu Town: A town under the jurisdiction of Jiangyin City. It is named after the “Huangtu Post,” a fast relay station on the western postal route during the Song and Yuan dynasties. In 1951, Huangtu Township was established, reorganized into a commune in 1958, reinstated as a township in 1983, and upgraded to a town in 1987. Located in the western suburbs of the city, it borders the Changzhou High-Tech Development Zone and is 27 kilometers from the municipal government. Covering an area of 38 square kilometers with a population of 34,000, it is traversed by the Zhencheng Highway and crossed by the Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway to the south, with Taohua Port to the east connecting to the Yangtze River.
