The Fushuo Red Sandalwood Museum

The Fushuo Red Sandalwood Museum is located on Xizhang Road in Gushan Town. Established and opened to the public on March 26, 2011, the first phase of the museum covers an area of 2,000 square meters. It is divided into three exhibition areas based on the style of red sandalwood furniture: the Ming and Qing Dynasties Premium Red Sandalwood Furniture Exhibition Area, the Folk Premium Red Sandalwood Furniture Collection Exhibition Area, and the Sandalwood Carving Art Premium Hanging Screen Area, displaying a total of more than 300 pieces of red sandalwood furniture and ornaments. Among them, "Light and Shadow Wood Carving" is an entirely original category of wood carving created by the museum, hailed as "a unique flower in the kingdom of wood carving."

Gushan Town: Gushan Town is the hometown of the red bean and is situated at the junction of Jiangyin, Wuxi, Changshu, and Zhangjiagang. It lies to the west of the Jiangyin Yangtze River Bridge, to the north of the Zhangjiagang Port, to the south of the Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway, and to the east of Shanghai, making it a transportation hub for the Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou area.
