Yunwai Shuizhuang is located in Shuangjing Village, Yuecheng Town. The park features crisscrossing waterways and roads, vast open spaces, gentle breezes, shimmering blue waters, and willows lining the banks, presenting the idyllic scenery of a water town paradise. Shuangjing Village is situated in the western part of Yuecheng Town, bordering Wujin District of Changzhou to the west. The village covers an area of 857 square kilometers, including 5,500 mu of arable land and 4,000 mu of water area. It governs 35 natural villages, 79 villager groups, and has a population of over 9,300. There are 48 industrial enterprises. In 2006, the total output value of industry and agriculture reached 470 million yuan, with tax payments of 25 million yuan, and the per capita income of farmers was 10,035 yuan.
