The agricultural science and technology park is located in Qingyang Town and consists of a main exhibition hall, auxiliary exhibition halls, an outdoor planting demonstration area, an agricultural culture corridor, and supporting landscape greening. It integrates multiple elements and functions such as modern agriculture, ecological agriculture, agricultural tourism, agricultural product sales, agricultural culture, and science education, showcasing the farming culture stories and local customs of thousands of years.

Qingyang Town: Qingyang, anciently known as Qing?, was established as a township during the Northern Song Dynasty. With written records dating back over 1,700 years, it has a long history. Polished stone tools and black pottery, such as Liangzhu cultural relics unearthed in the 1970s, prove that as early as 5,000 years ago during the Neolithic Age, ancestors had already settled and thrived here. By the Ming and Qing Dynasties, due to its location along a key waterway, Qingyang flourished with “thousands of households” and “a convergence of boats and carts,” earning it the reputation of “Little Wuxi.”
