Huangtu Town is known as the "China Quality Grape Production Base." Planted in the early 1980s, the area has now developed into a large-scale agricultural ecological park covering tens of thousands of acres. What began with a single grape variety has evolved into a diversified planting structure. A comprehensive agricultural ecological park, themed around tens of thousands of acres of grapes and integrating grapes, high-quality pears, greenhouse vegetables, poultry and aquatic products, flowers and seedlings, as well as leisure and sightseeing tourism, has been largely completed.

Huangtu Town: a town under the jurisdiction of Jiangyin City. It is named after the “Huangtu Post,” a rapid courier station on the western postal route during the Song and Yuan dynasties. In 1951, Huangtu Township was established; it was reorganized as a commune in 1958, reinstated as a township in 1983, and upgraded to a town in 1987. Located in the western suburbs of the city, it borders the Changzhou High-Tech Development Zone and is 27 kilometers from the municipal government. Covering an area of 38 square kilometers with a population of 34,000, it is traversed by the Licheng Highway and crossed by the Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway to the south, with the Taohua Port to the east connecting to the Yangtze River.
