Lion Mountain is located in Guanxi Village, Nanzha Subdistrict. It was once one of the quarries in Nanzha, where stone was mined year-round. Over time, the excavated area came to resemble a giant lion lying prone in the center, as if “meticulously carved,” hence the name Lion Mountain. Local economic vegetation has been planted according to the terrain, and the area has developed distinctive farming, breeding industries, and leisure tourism, gradually transforming it into a “hidden paradise.”

Guanxi Village: Guanxi Village is situated at the western edge of Nanzha Subdistrict, at the northern foot of Qinwang Mountain. It neighbors Nanzha Village to the east, Yuecheng Town to the south, and Sihé Village and Guanshan Village of Nanzha Subdistrict to the north. The Huangchang River and Nanjiao Road run through the village. With both mountains and water, the scenery is beautiful, transportation is well-developed, and the location is highly advantageous. In 2002, the original Guanxi Village and Taowan Village merged to form Guanxi Village. In 2007, under optimization by Nanzha Town Government, Dengta Village and Guanxi Village were merged into the current Guanxi Village.
