The Tomb of He Kun is located at No. 16, Yingxin Community, Gongyuan Road, Rucheng Subdistrict, Rugao City, and is a cultural relic protection unit of Nantong City.
Protected area: 5 meters east of the outer edge of the tomb site, west to the east bank of the Airport Protective River, south to the north bank of the Airport Protective River, and 8 meters north of the outer edge of the tomb site.
Construction control zone: 10 meters east of the outer edge of the tomb site, west to the west bank of the Airport Protective River, south to the north bank of the Airport Protective River, and 12 meters north of the outer edge of the tomb site.
