The Lusi Style Area is situated in Lusi Port Town, a thousand-year-old town within Jiangsu Province's Marine Economic Development Zone. Also known as Heron City, Lusi Port Town lies close to the Lusi Fishing Grounds and Lusi Fishing Port along the southern Yellow Sea. It boasts abundant marine aquatic resources as well as rich coastal tourism attractions. The main attractions in the style area include the Sea-Viewing Pavilion Tower, Fishing Center, Dongbin Pavilion, and Marine Life Museum. The area offers activities such as speedboat sea tours, beachcombing, clam-digging dances, seafood picnics, and seaside amusement, all highlighting the unique features of the fishing port. These experiences allow both domestic and international visitors to deeply appreciate the profound essence of "sea culture" and "fishing culture."

The earliest structure in the scenic area is the Yangtze River Into the Sea Monument, built in 1998. Covering an area of 1,500 square meters, the monument features a unique architectural design that organically combines several individual structures such as corridors, pavilions, towers, archways, and tablets. The entire monument is shaped like a ship, facing east, giving it a dynamic appearance. It symbolizes the journey from the source of the Yangtze River, across countless mountains and rivers, sailing towards the sea under the rising sun. The phrase “The Mighty Yangtze River Flows Into the Sea Here,” selected from calligraphy works by Mao Zedong, is rendered in bold cursive script. It seems to depict the surging Yangtze River finally calming here before rushing into the sea. At the center of the scenic area stands the country’s largest statue of Yu the Great, reaching a height of 19.99 meters and covering an area of 1,800 square meters. The entire statue is solemn and rustic, and one can sense the ancient Chinese people’s strong will to conquer nature through Yu’s resolute gaze. The YinYang Tower is located outside the seawall in the northeast corner of the scenic area. Its name is inspired by the concept of “the round sky and square earth,” embodying the philosophy of harmony between man and nature. From the tower, visitors can enjoy the magnificent sunrise over the sea and the spectacular sunset over the Yangtze River. In the center of the park lies an artificial lake covering 54,500 square meters. The large lake surrounds the base of the Yu the Great statue, with rippling blue waters and shuttle boats. The smaller lake reflects the European-style seaside resort, creating a charming scene that becomes even more enchanting at night. This area serves as an all-in-one leisure destination for dining, accommodation, entertainment, and fun. The garden features crisscrossing cement roads that are flat and tidy. The concrete retaining walls built along the seawall are majestic, resembling a white dragon lying along the shore. The square pavilions with glazed tile roofs, connected corridors, waterside pavilions, and long halls are all modern garden architectural designs, exquisitely crafted and embodying the essence of garden architecture. A vast lawn spanning 15,000 square meters, covered with lush green grass and blooming flowers and trees, provides an activity space filled with natural ambiance for those living in bustling cities.
