Surrounded by water on three sides and with the Wenfeng Tower to the north and the Textile Museum to the east, it features lush greenery and combines landscape design with borrowed scenery. There is a lake in the park, and by its shore stands the “Changchun Building,” where visitors can rest and enjoy tea. To the east of the building is the “Shengxuan Pavilion,” donated by overseas Chinese. The park also includes the “Qicheng Pavilion” and the “Shuangji Pavilion,” both donated by Japan.
