The tombs of Luo Binwang, Jin Ying, and Liu Nanlu are designated as cultural heritage conservation units of Nantong City.

The tombs of Luo Binwang, Jin Ying, and Liu Nanlu are located at the southeastern foot of Langshan Mountain in Chongchuan District and are designated as cultural heritage conservation units of Nantong City.

Luo Binwang (circa 626 or 627–after 684) was a poet of the Tang Dynasty. He was from Yiwu, Wuzhou (now part of Zhejiang). Luo Binwang, along with Wang Bo, Yang Jiong, and Lu Zhaolin, were known as the “Four Eminent Scholars of Early Tang,” and he was also jointly referred to with Fu Jiamo as “Fu-Luo.” His father served as the magistrate of Boxian County in Qingzhou but died while in office. Luo could compose poetry at the age of seven and was known as a child prodigy. After his father’s death, he lived in exile in Boshan, later moving to Xiayi County in Yanzhou, spending his early years in poverty and hardship. During the Yonghui era (650–655) of Emperor Gaozong, he served in the household of Prince Dao, Li Yuanying.
