Sinan Mansions

Sinan Mansions is the only project in central Shanghai dedicated to the preservation of a cluster of garden villas. It boasts 51 historic garden villas and features a variety of architectural styles, including detached garden villas, semi-detached garden villas, courtyard garden villas, townhouses, veranda-style buildings, modern shikumen (stone gate) houses, garden lanes, and modern apartments. It serves as a concentrated showcase of Shanghai’s modern residential architecture.

Covering an area of approximately 50,000 square meters with a total floor space of nearly 80,000 square meters, it includes a boutique hotel, serviced apartments, corporate residences, and commercial areas. Blending harmoniously with the century-old classic buildings and former residences of notable figures along Huaihai Road, it has become one of the most distinctive landmarks in central Shanghai, rich in cultural, historical, and fashionable heritage.
