The Harbin Planning Exhibition Hall is located at No. 369 Youyi Road, Daoli District, adjacent to People's Square to the east and Friendship Park to the south. The building has four floors above ground and one underground. The exhibition area is spread across three levels: themed "Preserving Historical Imprints, Leading the City’s Future," the first floor is the Urban History Exhibition Area, the second floor is the Urban Planning Exhibition Area, and the third floor features the District & County Exhibition Area and Interactive Zone. A central three-story atrium shared space houses a 1,600-square-meter physical model of Harbin’s master plan. The exhibition includes 30 sub-sections such as Impressions of Harbin, Tracing the City’s Roots, Master Plan, Highlights of Harbin, Eight Districts and Ten Counties (Cities), and New Urbanization. Following the timeline of history, present, and future, the exhibition vividly showcases the city’s development journey and future planning blueprint through various high-tech means.
