Senong Pingshan Tourist Area is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction and a key national cultural heritage site.

The Pingshan Tourist Area is located within Acheng District, 70 kilometers from Harbin City. The area features the largest semi-wild deer farm in China, home to over 1,000 sika and red deer, making it a shining jewel in Heilongjiang Province’s golden tourism belt.

The Pingshan Tourist Area offers complete facilities, including the country’s largest semi-wild deer breeding farm, a nuclear-powered adventure training base, and nearly 20,000 square meters of accommodation, including five-star, four-star, three-star guesthouses and traditional wooden cabins, capable of hosting 800 guests, serving 2,000 diners, and accommodating 10,000 visitors. The scenic area includes a lakeside dock at Xiquan Eye Reservoir, a 20-kilometer-long “Eighteen Bends” scenic loop road, and 16 forest attractions (such as Camel Hump Ridge, General Rock, Sunshine Beach, and Forest Oxygen Bar). Pingshan Town: Located 75 kilometers from Harbin, Pingshan Town is situated in the southeastern part of Acheng District, bordering Bin County, Wuchang, and Shangzhi. It serves as a hub connecting four counties and five towns. The Suiman Highway and the Harbin-Suifenhe Railway run through the town, while National Highway 301 circles around it. The town governs six administrative villages and two neighborhood committees, with a total population of 28,640.
