Harbin Diaoshuihu Scenic Area

The Diaoshuihu Scenic Area is located in Songfengshan Town, Acheng District, approximately 80 kilometers from Harbin. In August 2006, it was approved as a municipal-level forest park by the Harbin Forestry Bureau, covering a total area of 1,503 hectares. In September 2009, it was incorporated into the Jinlongshan National Forest Park, expanding the area to 4,324 hectares.

The Diaoshuihu Scenic Area is part of the western foothills of the Zhangguangcai Range in the Changbai Mountain system, featuring continuous and crisscrossing mountain ranges. The area is dominated by natural ecological landscapes. As you enter the forest, peculiar peaks and unusual rocks captivate the imagination. The entire scenic area is divided into three smaller zones — Tianzhu Peak, Dizhu Peak, and Shizhu Peak — along with a leisure and service area. Each of the three smaller zones has its own unique features, complementing one another and offering scenic beauty in all four seasons. Stroll along the forest boardwalks to enjoy the natural oxygen bar and escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Climb up to the viewing platforms to gaze into the distance at ancient trees and strange rocks that spark your imagination.

During golden seasons, the colorful autumn foliage paints a vivid landscape, with red leaves creating a scene straight out of a painting, making it hard to leave. At dawn, walking through the sea of clouds and misty distant mountains makes you feel like you're in a fairyland. When the sun rises slowly, its golden rays shimmer, lifting your spirits. The viewing platform at Tianzhu Peak is especially thrilling — climbing high offers limitless views and lets you experience the magical feeling of "walking into the great forest and gazing at a serene lake from the mountaintop." The Dizhu Peak area allows you to witness the wonders of nature, where lush green hills and clear waters blend seamlessly, and peculiar peaks and ancient trees form a perfectly natural tableau.

Transportation by Bus: Take a bus from Harbin to Acheng, then transfer to a minibus or taxi to reach the scenic area.

Self-Driving Route: From Harbin, take the Suiman Expressway, drive 25.7 kilometers, exit the highway south of Acheng, turn left onto Yanchuan Street — Jindu Street — A’Heng Highway, drive 27.2 kilometers, then turn right onto Beisong Highway and drive 4.8 kilometers to arrive.
