Xiquan Eye Water Conservancy Scenic Area is a national water conservancy scenic area.

Xiquan Eye Water Conservancy Scenic Area is located in Acheng District, Harbin, and is built around the large Type II reservoir — Xiquan Eye Reservoir.

The scenic area is a reservoir-type water conservancy attraction, with a water surface area of 41 square kilometers. Its rippling blue waters are surrounded by mountains, offering abundant natural landscapes and a serene, elegant environment. The site was once the capital of the Jurchen people and features cultural relics from the Jin Dynasty dating back over 800 years, as well as traditional customs established since the Qing Dynasty. It has profound historical and cultural significance and rich ethnic flavors. The development of the scenic area has been integrated with the emergency maintenance and reinforcement project of the reservoir. Infrastructure construction, as well as architectural and landscape renovations, have been completed, providing a certain level of management capability and significant potential for further development. The scenic area places great emphasis on ecological environment management and water quality protection, adopting natural, non-feed fish farming methods, which effectively balance development with water source conservation.
