Xiaohzi Site
The Xiaohzi Site is a cultural heritage site protected at the Jilin Provincial level.
The Xiaohzi Site is located in Xiaohzi Village, Taiping Town, Shuangyang District, Changchun City, dating back to the Bronze Age. It is a cultural heritage site under the seventh batch of provincial-level protection.
Taiping Town: Taiping Town is located in the southern part of Shuangyang District, Changchun City, Jilin Province, 14.5 kilometers from the city center, covering an area of 326 square kilometers. It has 10,297 hectares of arable land, including 8,997 hectares of dry farmland and 1,100 hectares of paddy fields, with a total population of 45,627. The town administers 22 administrative villages and 209 villager groups, featuring a typical semi-mountainous terrain with five parts mountain, one part water, and four parts farmland. The forested area exceeds 12,000 hectares, with a forest coverage rate of 31%.
