It is

the Jade Emperor Pavilion, also known as Tiancheng Palace, located near the summit of Yuhuang Mountain on the west bank of the Hun River in the urban area. The site covers an area of 2,860 square meters, with a construction area of 1,600 square meters. It faces south and is surrounded by mountains on three sides, with pines and oaks providing a secluded backdrop for this ancient temple. Oriented at 165 degrees southward, it stretches 97 meters from north to south and 33 meters from east to west, enclosed by a brick wall. The Jade Emperor Pavilion is the oldest and best-preserved ancient building in the city, and the largest ancient temple structure in the region, which enjoys a constant flow of incense offerings throughout the year.
