the site of Gao Zhihang’s former residence, located at No. 40 Longquan Road, Tonghua City. The building is a two-story brick-and-tile structure in traditional Chinese architectural style, covering an area of over 200 square meters. It was initially built in 1941 and completed in 1945. From the mid-1930s to the late 1940s, Gao Zhihang’s parents, siblings, and eldest daughter lived here. In July 1996, it was designated as a municipal-level cultural relics protection unit by the Tonghua Municipal People's Government.

Gao Zhihang (May 14, 1907 – November 21, 1937), was an ace pilot of the Chinese Air Force. His original name was Gao Mingjiu, with the courtesy name Ziheng. He was born in Tonghua County, Liaoning Province (now Tonghua County, Tonghua City, Jilin Province). In 1920, he left his studies to join the military, enrolling in the Northeast Army Officer Training Class, later studied aircraft piloting in France for two years, and returned to serve in the Air Force. During the War of Resistance Against Japan, he was a renowned Chinese air force anti-Japanese hero and national hero, serving as Commander of the Chinese Air Force Pursuit Unit and Commander of the 4th Air Group.
