Located 1 km west of Xin'an Village, Songjiao Township, Fusong County, dating back to the Bohai period. Discovered during a survey in 1986, the site has an irregular rectangular layout with a perimeter of 3,340 meters. The city walls were poorly constructed, with remaining heights of 1.5–2 meters, and the western wall is heavily damaged. There are six gate sites, multiple building foundations within the city, the largest being 2 meters high and covering an area of 1,750 square meters. Iron smelting sites and tombs have also been discovered among other remains. The cultural layer is 0.6–0.8 meters thick and extends to a depth of 1.5 meters. Artifacts unearthed include stone axes, stone arrowheads, stone knives, obsidian tools, pottery jars, iron knives, iron nails, iron arrowheads, lotus-patterned roof tiles, as well as large quantities of sandy brown pottery shards, clay grey pottery shards, and tiles. Some believe this to be the site of Bohai’s Fengzhou City, which is currently relatively well preserved.
