Located on Mount Xiaobai in Baishan Township, Chuanying District. Originally built in the 11th year of the Yongzheng reign of the Qing Dynasty (1733), it served as a ceremonial site where Qing emperors paid tribute and worshipped Mount Changbai, the ancestral birthplace of their lineage. The original complex included one Wangji Hall, one ritual utensils building, two memorial archways, one official hall, one imperial path, and one deer enclosure. Currently, the ruins of the Wangji Hall and the imperial path are preserved. It holds significant value in history, folklore, religion, architecture, and other aspects.
