Area: Covers an area of 14,000 square meters; building area of 1,378.42 square meters.

History: Initially established in 1963 based on the class education exhibition room at the Fengman Power Plant. In 1964, it was designated as a municipal-level cultural relics protection unit and a key cultural relics protection site. In 1965, the Fengman Class Education Museum was constructed. In 1967, it was taken over by the “Political Propaganda Group” of the Jilin Revolutionary Committee. In 1968, it was transferred to the Jiangnan Exhibition Hall of Jilin City. In 1974, it was handed over to the Jilin Federation of Trade Unions. In 1981, it was designated as a provincial-level cultural relics protection unit and a key cultural relics protection site. In August 1983, the office building of the education museum was used to establish the Jilin Federation of Trade Unions Cadre School, while retaining the functions of the education museum. In 1997, it was renamed the Jilin Labor Memorial Hall and designated as a patriotic education base. In 2003, it was named a Jilin Provincial National Defense Education Base. In November 2004, it was merged into the Jilin Workers' University. In May 2005, its staffing was separated and became independent.
